I called Eric after another “Whiz” failed to find the problem. He came over and proceeded to perform a few tests at my home which didnt reveal what was causing the problem so I let him take the system to his shop. While he had it, he called to update me on the progress. After only a few days, he found the problem and fixed it. In the end, he only charged me for four hours service while in reality it took almost twice that amount. I will definitely be using him again should a need arise! — David G, Yahoo
